Gary Walsh, local Film Director came to visit the project to teach film making skills to the boys group. Working with cameras, learning about how to film, edit, cutting and even interview skills.

We welcomed the community Guards Sean, Paul & Dave to the project. They brought the Dogs from the Garda Dog Unit and the children enjoyed the demonstration. Wonderful to see the Skills & techniques of the dogs to support the work of the Gardai.

The new facilities in the kitchen were put to use to explore food & kitchen hygiene - learning to cook and how to prep their own meals. The children thoroughly enjoyed getting to know their way around the kitchen.
